animals escape

This past weekend 50 animals escaped from a wild animal reserve in Columbus Ohio.  This was including 11 lions and 18 Bengal tigers, monkeys, giraffes, zebras, bears, and more. The man who owns the reserve let them out. Then he committed suicide. A few hours later the Columbus police got scads of 911 calls about seeing exotic wild animals roaming around. The police force took GUNS not TRANQUILIZERS. They then decided to kill every animal they could find. They thought tranquilizing them could put officers in danger. Then they killed every single animal, except for two monkeys that other animals had eaten. Many people are outraged. They killed 18 Bengal tigers. There are only 1,200 left in the world, as well as many other endangered animals. This set back attempts to help there be more of these species. If you have an opinion, tell Mrs.Kirr for a fishy!
